"When my daughter turned 1 I knew that this event had to be special, after all, it was her "Super Sweet First Birthday".  We had all the normal things that MTV would have for their kids, but all on a budget of course.  The last detail was the performer.

While googling performers in the area I came across "Happily Ever Laughter," and thought that this seemed pretty cool.  I e-mail Ms. Fae and her Secra-Faerie and explained how much we wanted a special performer to come and entertain the little ones.

Ms. Amelia was AMAZING!  She had all the qualities of Mary Poppins.  She was engaging, funny, alluring, but most of all PATIENT.  We had a couple of naughty boys, but she was able to diffuse the situation by getting them involved in the magic act.  Normally a parent would have to step in and help the performer, but Ms. Amelia took charge and made the magic act perfect.

Ms. Amelia has some of the best face paintings.  She did everything from animals, plants, butterflies and even BONES?!  She made them all extra special with her magic glitter dust.  I totally recommend Ms. Amelia and all of the other faeries if you want to make your day special as we did."

FROM YELP.COM "I was truly pleased with this company.  I will definitely use them again.  Might seem like its just for girls bday parties but we had the honor of having Miss Amelia at my son's 1st bday.  He didn't really get (lol) it but the kids at the bday really enjoyed her face painting and balloons.  Wish we could have had her stay little longer to cover all the kids.  Other than that she was awesome.  The customer service was great and cute.  Loved that they are in character at all times.  Thank you for the great memory."

"Miss Amelia was amazing today - the most perfect fairy! Phoebe was delighted from the moment she saw her in her wonderful fairy costume. We had a big group of children and she painted each child's face beautifully, gave a great magic show and ended with very creative balloons (love the snail!). Many parents were asking how I found her, and how to contact her for their parties! She left her little face painting mirror in the park, and I would like to send it to her. Can you pass along an address? Thank you for helping to make our party so special."

"We just wanted to give a BIG THANKS to Miss Amelia for joining us at
our son's Red Egg & Ginger party this weekend.   We were fortunate
enough to enjoy her company last year for our daughter's birthday and
again this weekend for our son's party!  And like the last time, she
was phenomenal!  All the kids (and adults) were absolutely entranced
by her during the puppet show (Alligator the dog was a hit!) & balloon
twisting.  Her face painting was incredible.  It was amazing how she
got my 2.5 year old daughter (and her little friends) to sit
completely still while she painted such beautiful, intricate designs
on their faces.  Her work was so beautiful that some of our adult
guests wanted to get facepainting done too!!! It's been 2 days since the party and my daughter STILL talks about Miss Amelia!
We cannot wait to invite her back again for my daughter's 3rd birthday
this summer! Miss Amelia...Thank you!  Thank you!   Thank you!  You're AMAZING!!!!"

"Thank you Ms Amelia for coming and celebrating with us for Shelley's 7th bday. She really loves you. She said her classmates can't stop talking about her bday party in school. There were lot of kids yesterday but you really gave them all a wonderful time. All the kids and parents love your face painting! One of my friend's son has sensitive skin and he didn't get any allergic reaction from the paint. I love all the colors that you used.  I would definitely recommend you to other parents who want to give a magical bday to their kids. Thank you so much for being so patient yesterday despite the fact that the party was a little bit loud.  I'm sorry I wasn't able to offer any foods or drinks after the performance which I normally do. "I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how pleased we are that we booked Miss Amelia for Chloe's birthday party.  She was wonderful with all the little fairies and our one little wizard and had them in the palm of her hand for the time she was here.  The kids all had a great time and were simply enchanted by Miss Amelia.  Also, Amelia's face painting was heads and shoulders above the work of the face painters we've seen.  All the kids felt very special that Amelia was able to paint anything their little hearts desired.  We also had a lot of very impressed parents at the party, who either talked to Amelia directly or got her info from me.  I'm sure you will be getting more requests for Miss Amelia very soon!"

"Miss Amelia was wonderful.  Everyone really enjoyed having her here.  She was great with the kids even though we had a wide range of ages.  She knew how to keep them entertained.  They even asked her for some interesting face painting projects and she was able to do them!  I also appreciated how flexible she was especially since we had to change the venue and the layout at our house was not ideal.  She made changes easily and with a smile on her face (and in her voice on the phone ;o).  She was awesome.  We'll definitely have her back.  Thanks again."
