Miss Poppy

Miss Poppy is a fairy with pep her step, and a beaming smile on her face. Don't be alarmed if this fairy comes dancing in, what with her almost 10 years of dance experience! She has practiced ballet, jazz, hip hop, tap, belly dancing and flamenco. Her love of dance and children inspired her to teach her craft. Not only did Miss Poppy get to teach dance, but she choreographed dances as well! So far she has created dances for teeny dancers, as young as 3, for a Broadway music medley recital and Nutcracker. How fun!
Poppy likes to stay busy, and has many, many interests. To name a few: writing, she has her bachelors in Comparative Literature from University of California, Irivne (Ripe Em Eaters!! Zot zot zot!!); baking, she has her Baking and Pastry Diploma from Art Institute, Sacramento; dance (of course); running marathons, she was a half-marathon competitor in Sacramento's Cowtown, she promises she didn't use her wings; language, traveling, knitting, painting, music, making kids giggle, hugging, glitter (she's a fairy silly!), puppies, kittens, colorful socks..... too many! She currently is getting her hands floury at a baking internship.
